Everyone likes b-sides, right? Here's a Beck/Modern Guilt b-side from the "Chemtrails" 7''. The song (Vampire Voltage No.6) rocks, I just wish it rocked for another 2 minutes or so. An extended guitar-jam-freakout would have really been killer. But as it stands, it's pretty solid for a b-side. I'm assuming that Dangermouse lent a production hand on this one as well. Pick up the Chemtrails 7'' right here.
I am missing the the Black Mountain comparison. This has a solid riff, but no ten tons of riffage like BM. Regardless... this is pretty damn good and yes needs to be about 2 minutes longer.
