SXSW 2009 Bands, Rumors

The 23rd annual SXSW music conference and festival will take place March 18-22, with multi-Grammy winning producer, composer, and arranger Quincy Jones as keynote speaker. Last year over 12,000 music industry types came to Austin for five nights of music by more than 1,800 acts hailing from 42 different countries.

It's only December, and nothing is official until SXSW says so, but here is an early look at nearly 100 artists you can expect to see at SXSW 2009.
