The Too Short train rolled into Austin on Saturday night, bringing out a whole bunch of hardcore fans who knew the words to every song. Too Short went through material that spanned his entire career, starting back in '87 and continuing all the way up to his more recent stuff.
They had performed in Houston the night before coming to Austin, and apparently the crowd was super lame, just standing around with arms folded. There was none of that at the Mohawk, as it was all hands in the air, crowding your way on stage to dance, and staying long after the music was over to shake hands and show some love.
With a big thank you to Transmission for the access, here are a few pictures from the show. All photos by Ed Lehmann. Click here to see more.
