We Were So Turned On

Manimal Vinyl recently released We Were So Turned On: A Tribute to David Bowie. The album features contributions from the likes of Duran Duran, A Place To Bury Strangers, Warpaint, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Vivian Girls, and Devendra Banhart. The project began in early 2008 by Manimal Vinyl founder Paul Beahan, and is one of the only records of its kind to be approved by David Bowie and his management.
